Unable to start Games for Windows Marketplace

Recently, I wanted to continue playing BlazBlue Calamity Trigger. When I suddenly got an "failed to initialize" error. I checked the games' log and found the following log.

    Code:
    BLAZBULE CT -- Build : Apr 30 2010 15:18:13.
     -- run : Tue Sep 27 02:05:55 2011
    Begin initializaion.
    Begin initialize application.
    Begin load config.
    Begin initialize credit.
    Begin initialize renderer.
    Initialize Renderer.
    XLiveInitialize function failed errorcode 800706ba.
    Error in WindowsLive initialization.
    Failed to initialize.
So I found out the cause of my problem was to be found in the Games for Windows Marketplace.
But here lays my problem. When I try to open the program. I get the Games for Windows Marketplace splash screen, followed by a pop-up saying
"A required Windows-feature is disabled on your computer. Do you want to learn how to solve this problem?"

When I click on help it just takes me to the "FAQ" page of the Games for windows live website... So no solution to be found there...
When I click on cancel. It just closes the program....

I solved the problem. I used a program called "Soluto" to remove some programs out of my startup, to speed things up. One of them was Windows Live Sign In tool.
This was the "feature" that was required by the Games For Windows Live Client. And therefor, the Game, which requires this client. Was unable to be initialized, because of the "feature" not being started.
I hope this helps for people having this problem in the future :)
