I upgraded iTunes yesterday morning before their servers got overwhelmed last night...lol. My update to iOS5 on my Touch took a little over two hours, because by the time I got home in the evening, everybody else was also updating.

Ditto: My iPad download took 2 hours last night but my iPhone download only took 6 minutes this morning (at 4am EDT).
My complaint is that both devices had to re-download all my email for all accounts.
    Took a while.

10.5 doesn't come with Quicktime anymore, so if you got Quicktime from iTunes, it was from an earlier iTunes version.

Yes, you can uninstall it as iTunes doesn't require it anymore.
