Microsoft Windows 7 Ultimate 64-Bit (Build 7600)

Try ImgBurn, you'll never go back to anything else. They just fixed a ton of bugs in it and its running better than ever. And whats best about it is that its FREE!

burnaware is very stable and easy to use, works well on windows 7. There is a freeware version and a paid version.

My personal favourite on vista was infrarecorder, but unfortunately it doesn't work well on windows 7.

Quite true, but if, as I do, you use vlc Media player for playback neither of those two will work. Somehow the .bin file in vlc Media Player takes precedence over the others and prevents them from working. There are awkward work-arounds, but I do mean awkward.
