Important information for Nero Multimedia 10 customers

    Hello all.
I have today been in contact with Nero with regards to the subimaging fault with Nero Vision 10. I have been assured by nero that their new program, Nero 11 which will be released in October 2011 will eradicate this problem.
I have sent two diagnostig logs ( Nerovision.txt & Dx Diag log ) to Nero with which they said that they were unable to fix.
I have also enquired with nero that they would look into this matter with regard to a possible patch for nero 10 in the future & pointed out that their reputation was at stake over this. They said that they would urgently pass this on to their development team.
I wonder if anybody else has had similar problems with Nero Vision 10. Please feel free to contact me.
    Regards
    Brusselsprout

Nero is total crap lately. It used to be really good (Nero 7 days), but its gone downhill. I moved from that stuff to free tools that do the job even better than Nero :).

I don't understand why people still use Nero. Want to burn stuff, ISO's, ect.? Use the freeware ImgBurn. Want to add some quick effects and put videos and pics together? Use Windows Live Movie Maker or Windows DVD Maker. Want to play music or watch videos? Use Windows Media Player or VLC Media Player. What else does Nero have that free tools can't do?
