I tried Installing several of Microsoft utilities and get this error

Windows Script Host

Error:Permission denied
Code: 800A0046
Source:Microsoft VBScript runtime error.

I was trying to download the uninstaller utility to recover the itunes.msi file. I'm sick of all these errors.

I'm the administrator, btw.
