MS Agents - issue with character showing

I am using the MS agent as part of instructional tutorials that I am creating and have an issue with the MS agent showing in the presentation.

Naturally, XP and Vista have no issues with the character, but users with Windows 7 are having some degree of issues.

I have 3 Windows 7 computers that I use for testing. All have the correct hotfix installed.

2 out of the 3 have no issues with the character- the character shows, moves, speaks, shows text within the text bubbles. It is the third Windows 7 computer that I have issues with- the computer does not show the character, but the sound/voice play correctly, text appears within the text bubbles as it should and the character "moves" to a new location as it should (I don't see this actually happening, but the text bubbles appear where the character has been moved to).

I was not sure where this thread should actually be posted, but software was my best guess.

Does anyone have any suggestions of my issue - getting character to appear?

Thanks in advance for any help.

Have you tried uninstalling the Hotfix and then re-install it? You running the same security programs on that Windows 7?

    MS Agent

I have not tried the re-install thing on the Windows 7 computer that does not actually show the agent. I will give that a try.

The 3 Windows 7 units are different with regards to their configurations and security programs. The unit that does work as it should is running Norton Internet Security, whereas one of the others has Norton 360 and the other is on the school's network with it's on security program.
