Look for a System Restore point before Cybercafe Pro was installed and roll back your system before the crapware attack.
If this fails I would reinstall Cypercafe Pro for the purpose of deep uninstalling it using Revo in advanced mode: Revo Uninstaller - How toTo Completely Uninstall Programs.
Watch for the prompts shown in Jacee's tutorial below if given to respond as shown.
Make sure any cybercafe listings are not running by unchecking everything except your AV in msconfig>Startup and msconfig>Services after Hiding All MS Services. These keys will often remain during a normal uninstall.
