Windows 7 Ultimate x64

I use Pelles C sometimes (smorgasbordet - Pelles C), it's a free IDE for C development that I find very good. However, it's just plain C, not C++.

Occasionally, I also use the Visual Studio one previously recommended. It works very well too, but it's not 100% compatible with the C++ standards though.
