I upgraded from Vista Ultimate 32 to 7 Ultimate 32.
The only quirk I cannot solve is that I see no apps on my task bar. ANd when I minimize a window it does not go to the task bar as it should. It look like a small minimized window. See attached...
This happened a while ago after I ran a trial registry cleaner (I know, my bad) or after disabling the Win 10 upgrade notification. Every program is affected with the exception of MS Windows Updates, only third party apps.
I imagine when I upgrade to Win 10, this issue might be still present. ...
