    [Win7 x64 SP1] WLMessenger 2009 [14.0.8117.416] Problem with Contacts

I ask help from the geniuses.
I've got a serious problem with Windows Live Messenger, I have even tried 2011 version and no luck, same results, same problems.
I cannot see some contacts online while in other clients such as Web Messenger, Trillian, Pidgin appear online and I can chat with them normally.

I have tried the following guides:
    http://www.mydigitallife.info/all-co...essenger-2011/
    msnmessengertips.com/contacts-appear-offline-windows-live-messenger-2011/
    messengersupportspace.wordpress.com/2006/02/03/messenger-contacts/

I have even searched and deleted files/folders that have my windows live messenger username and contacts as file/folder name
Also, I have uninstalled everything related to Window Live using Revo Uninstaller Pro and the problem persists.

I do not know what else to try/do.

EDIT: I tried the same version of Windows Live Messenger I use on a different computer and it shows my contacts fine.
    It must be my computer.

    Maybe this will help:

Go to Internet Explorer> Internet Options > (Tab) connections > Lan settings > do as in the foto

    You can try it

Erm I tried that, didn't solve anything, same problems.
But what that option has to do with anything...?

As you can see on Windows Live Profile page, the contact is online.
On my Windows Live Messenger, the contact is offline.
