    hey when i try to download msn it does download but when it has finshed theres no icon on the desktop nothing in the program what should i do

    Are you referring to Microsoft Instant Messaging ?

    - Check your Downloads on your browser to see if it is listed

    - If you are using a browser other than IE try using IE. Also, check your browser settings.

    - Check your antivirus to see if it is blocking the download (run)
