    microsoft office

Hi Everyone, I am trying to open something on a safe website. My computer is only a few months old. When I press open it comes up that I need Microsoft Office which I don't have. Is there a free download for this? Can I open it with something else? Thanks Carl

    Hi!

If you're looking for a free office replacement; OpenOffice is very good.

    Hope this helps!

What's the program that says you need MS office? That would give me enough reason to remove the program.

I think she meant that she's downloading something from a website and clicked open instead of save.
But indeed it's suspicious that any free browser would ask for MSO :)
