BB Code software

I was wondering if there are any FREE programs to write BB Code in for forums, exactly like this. I've heard of EasyBBCoder, but it's not free. I dont have any money to spend at the moment, so i'm looking for something free. Thanks in advance.

I trust you mean software which will enable you to create bbcode post/replies offline so you can post in the forums later.

Try Fass 0.9 beta (its been in beta for 2005!)

Hope this helps.
