Cannot seem to make this program bootable on my USB drive

Bought a dell latitude E6520 off craigslist last month for 250. It was like new only I'm locked out of windows because I don't know the password. I looked around and found this program ( Offline Windows Password & Registry Editor ) for resetting passwords on windows 7(the operating system of the Dell). Only the instructions on the site are, shall i say, less than adequate for me. It says that after i copy the downloaded files onto the usb, i should download "bootloader" onto the usb from command prompt in windows. Problem is, the only computer i have is my macbook. I was up all night last night (til the sun rose!) on my brother's laptop (Which has windows 7) to try and make the password reset and recovery program bootable. I tried and tried but couldn't do it. Now my brother has left for madison and the only thing i have is my macbook.

I have the files from the site downloaded onto my USB, but they aren't bootable. How can I change that? I wouldn't be asking unless I was at the end of my rope. WHICH I AM!

    Please help!

Those are instructions that are assuming I have the windows 7 program on disk or available for download, which i don't. They also assume that I use a windows system for the downloading. WHICH I DO NOT! I have only mac rite now.

tried that last night on my brother's laptop, said the password reset program files were not DOS system files. I'm now on a mac and mac doesn't support that program!

Why not burn the cd110511.iso to a CD and boot from the CD?

If you still want to run it from the USB drive, you may try to create a bootable pendrive with Universal USB installer Universal USB Installer – Easy as 1 2 3 | USB Pen Drive Linux .

Select Try an unlisted iso from the drop-down box, show it the location of the cd110511.iso, select your pendrive letter, tick format and then create.

Cannot seem to make this program bootable on my USB drive-ntpwreset.jpg

    Hope this helps.

I would burn it to a CD only My CD drive is busted.

My computer reads that program as a text file, I only get computer code when opening it. I'll keep that link on my E-mail just in case I get access to a windows system.

    Thanks for trying guys.
