    Has anyone been able to use the Portable version of Photoshop CS4 on Windows 7? It works on XP....

    most commercial apps that have been made portable were done with pirated copies of Thinapp.

    the legal implications of that aside, Windows 7 breaks 95% of all "Thinapped" programs.
