Windows Live Messenger Won't Uninstall?

In my control panel there is no Windows Live Essentials or any Windows Live programs. When I go to install Windows Live Messenger, it says that the program will be updated after installation. If fails to update and install. I have ran it as Admin, I have deleted all the folders associated with Windows Live Essentials and I still cannot get it uninstalled to re-install it.

Can anyone help me?

None of that solved my problem.

I also have no option to uninstall Windows Live.
