slui.exe, this function allows you to activate your version of Windows to verify that you have a genuine copy of Windows 7 and thus be able to keep up to date. Activation is an anti-piracy technology that verifies the product key used, corresponds to the license associated with it. You must activate your copy of Windows within 30 days after first use because after this time the system goes into reduced functionality version. Windows Genuine Advantage (WGA) Windows 7 is driving anti-piracy technology to better fight counterfeiting software optimizing activation process and validation of the operating system.

So what I need do? Wait 30 days?

did you make any changes to your computer recently? if so you may try a System Restore to a point before you had this error.

You have a couple options to access System Restore.
    1. Turn on your computer and access the Advanced Boot Options, then choose Repair Your Computer to start the System Recovery Options and proceed through the steps in OPTION TWO of System Restore
    2. Find someone with a Windows 7 32-bit machine; it does not matter if it is Ultimate, Home Premium, Professional, etc. as long as it is 32-bit. Create a Windows 7 System Repair Disc — MAXIMUMpcguides – Windows 7 tips, tricks, help, and how-to guides on that computer and use that disc to boot into the System Recovery Options and proceed through the steps in OPTION TWO of System Restore

    Hopefully this helps.
