    zipping PDF files

Windows 7 question - I am having trouble sending a 29mb PDF file as attachment on my yahoo email due to limitations.

Is there a free software that will zip the file considerbly. Windows 7 zip unility only reduces it by 2mb.

or can anyone suggest a solution.

Use Sendspace which allows a 300mb upload, then send recipient a link to download. It is a free service I have used for years.

You could try 7Zip but I doubt it would be much better, 7-Zip

The other thing you could do is upload to a file hosting service such as SkyDrive (25GB free) and send the link.

Try 7-Zip or WinRAR, however if you upload it to Dropbox, MediaFire, or SkyDrive/Sendspace/Any other place you may be able to send the link.
