    I wouldn't think so. The storage it uses is more dependant on the program than the OS.

    The description of IrfanView leaves out two of its most important features; its graphics editing abilities can be applied in bulk and it can be used to do bulk file renaming. When renaming, it can be set to sequentially number the new filenames in a specific range and number of characters. I use the renaming feature far more than the graphics editing features.

    I like Introduction - Bulk Rename Utility for bulk (batch) file renaming, it's in the list already.
    The GUI is a bit fiddly but has many variables one can change.
