Hmm might just try this A Better Way To Uninstall Programs | Gizmo's Freeware sounds like a hndt thing to have.
Have used Nir Sofer software for many years, for specialist tasks, just be aware that it is possible that it will trigger Antivirus or Antimalware alerts - depending on your system. This is due to some of the "Advanced" techniques used to achieve the results he gets. Some of His programs are seen to use, (White Hat), Hacking methods to access system information so trigger alerts.
I Have never known any actual issues but you may need to add some programs to your exception list to prevent them being Flagged/Removed as PUPs
Not used the uninstaller as I have other software, so this may not apply to the particular software but always best to be aware
For more on the subject of Nir's false positives check the second question down on his FAQs page: http://www.nirsoft.net/faq.html Then click on the 'Click here' link.

Antivirus Problems
Antivirus companies cause a big headache to small developers.

I tried it but it didn't meet my needs. I have a few uninstallers for various reasons but the one that's got me out of a hole a few times is Bulk Crap Uninstaller. The setup file also contains the portable version which is what I use. It will give your brain a workout for sure.
