    New e-mail from Paragon:

"New service after April 1st, 2012: Paragon Boot Media Builder!

Don’t worry: you won’t have to do without the convenience of the Paragon WinPE medium that you’re used to. After April 1st, 2012, you can download the Paragon Boot Media Builder which will help you conveniently create your own WinPE CD, DVD or USB stick yourself. Check your MyAccount section to download the Paragon Boot Media Builder as soon as it is available."
    That's great news! :)

They have even removed the option to just do data in system protection.
I really like the fact that I can enable System Protection on my Data Drive even if it isn't turned on for the system drive. They've removed that in Windows 8?

I think you can still do it but the option of "data only" is removed.

Dunno why they are bothering with any kind of desktop.

They make as well just make a tablet o/s.

However, I expect they are listening and have been making the Pro and up Editions usable.

I can confirm Easus Todo Free (Version 4.0.0.5, March 16th 2012) no longer has the ability to create a Win PE disk.

If you still have the older version installed and the same version of installer saved (up to 4.0.0.4) then you can keep the ability to create a WinPE disk.

It looks like paragon are only going to make their winpe builder available to holders of paid products.

We will have to see if Macrium follows suit.

OH yes, I had forgotten about this thread.

Tried that out several days ago.

Paragon say it is very simple right now, but they are looking to add extra features.

They can do that because it is you making it on your desktop, so there aren't the licensing restrictions.
