i haven't adjusted the monitor, other than to up it's resolution. i can't find any information on what hz it's running at - the monitor's own control panel doesn't have that as a variable, nor does the nvidia control panel. so if 60hz is standard, i imagine that is what it's running at. anyhow, if it was a problem with the hz rate of the monitor, wouldn't that screw up brushes in all programs?
the monitor is kind of old - it's a crt. i'm waiting til there is a flat panel that is larger and higher resolution than my good ol' crt before i switch.
