you should take a look at what Prof has posted and here Best Free Calculator are some calculators, i will look for more :)The SFC scan reported some corrections, I've restarted and the problem persisted. Safe mode didn't work either. I've even replaced both the .exe and the .mui files with en-US ones and the wrong symbols were there. Well, I'm ready to accept defeat. What must I do to have my 64bit Windows7 correctly display non-alpha numeric characters sent from a 32bit system? Example: transmitted "Don't" is received as "Don’t". Other characters produce similar 'rosary garbage.'

Hello.
I am attempting to edit an SFF file of a program (M.U.G.E.N.). When I try to do this through Notepad or any other word processing program, weird characters are displayed.

Someone told me it has something to do with my "language...
