windows error after burning a file using convertxtodvd

i recently installed convertxtodvd, after installation, i try to burn a movie file to a dvd disc. and after burning is finished, my windows error (blue screen appear amd it says there's some errors) and it restart by itself.
after that i try to reinstall that software and the same problem occur.
i dont have any idea what's going on
help please!!

I had a similar issue, I got a BSOD during the conversion. I fixed the problem by disabling Hardware Acceleration in the General Settings menu.

You may want to try disabling it if it is enabled, or possibly enabling it if it is disabled.... Or take the advice above and download a free converter that does not give you problems.
