    1. A (very brief) google search tells me this has something to do with video encoding. Afaik this is where those expensive CPUs come into play, you can't really do anything to fix this outside of making sure you're not doing something else heavy in the background or buying a better CPU. What CPU is that in your specs, you just posted what appears to be clockspeed. A core-i running at 3GHz is nice but a Celeron at the same speed will definitely be a problem.

Also, 2GB of system RAM is low for an x64 installation, you want to bump it up to 4GB.

    2. I don't understand your second question about Almijoa.

    The correction ..!! Sorry
Did you mean your words from the processor to increase to 3 GB ...?? As well as the RAM to 2 GB ..??
And Are the nucleus of 64x better than 32 ...???

Right, non-native speaker... sorry, my bad. Let's try this again.

    1. What model CPU does your computer have? It's the most important factor in video encoding speed.

    2. You only have 2GB of RAM. Buying 2GB more can help.

Ok, that helps. How to speed up video encoding:
how to speed up video encoding - Google Search

To summarize the results: video encoding speed almost entirely depends on your CPU. "Core i3 M 370"? That's a laptop. So, no replacement upgrade CPU and no overclocking. You could add 2GB more RAM if the laptop has room for more RAM, but the improvements will be more for the system overall, not for video encoding specifically.

Sorry to say, there is not much you can do to improve your video encoding speed with your current system.
