i found dpMagic quite good (Welcome to Digital Picture Magic). It works also on x64. Viewer is extremely fast, even with 37 Mpx photos.

For those who are still looking for a way to see raw thumbnails in x64 explorer - Microsoft have released a camera codec pack which solved the problem for me. See Download Details - Microsoft Download Center - Microsoft Camera Codec Pack

I use shark's codec pack but it seems to only run ffshow when running WMP. MC still does not use ffshow (so it seems). What I am trying to do is use it to adjust volume level... anyone know a fix?
