Computer Specs

A friend of mine has just bought himself a second hand computer from one of those computer shows, and unfortunately the guy that he bought it off did not know what hardware was installed in it..

is there a program around that he can run in it that will give him a printout of all the hardware that is on the machine ?? such as the type of motherboard, the CPU speed, the type of CD-Rom, the type of video card and all the other bits and pieces that is in there..

Windows 10 Pro / OpenSUSE

A program that I find the most simple and that gives a good amount of information is Speccy. This should provide the information you guys are looking for.
