My comments were in response to one of your previous comments. I hardly see where I gave you reason to act like a smart ass and post the stupid picture.

The OP needs to use a 32 bit browser to get flash to work.
Phill, if I could suggest that you open up your browser and click your mouse over the tools drop down menu on the top right side of yor browser and move down to the "Manage Add Ons" option and take a screen shot for us.

Hi - using Firefox latest version but recently have had problems of slowing down and freezing with a pop up from I think Adobe Flash - the one giving 3 options debug script, continue and a third one I can't remember.
Not knowing what to do as I'm no techie, I've tried clicking on all three but...

1. The windows program remover shows that I have Flash player 11 ActiveX installed, but I can't find it within windows explorer. How do I find it?

I thought that I posted this before, maybe I did!! I have downloaded the flash player, it shows up on my program list and it doesn't work!!! Apparently, I have all the requirements when I aske for help! What gives here? I am tech challenged so require simple explanations, please! Thanks
The newest Adobe Flash Player does not play *.swf files when installed on my brandnew Acer Aspire 1410 notebook with Windows 7 .
