What happens if I uninstall Windows Live Mail?

What other features/options will be affected... or will I *not* be able to do in Windows, if I uninstall this program?

    TIA for any responses. :)

When you run the Windows Live uninstaller from Control Panel\Programs\Programs and Features, it will ask you which components you want to uninstall. I am not 100% sure whether it will effect other Live components but I doubt that it will.

Guess I better figure out what it is that I want to remove, before I jump into this. :)

What is happening, is that every time I try to view an image in Windows Explorer... I get this registration/license popup for Windows Live ~something~ instead of what I want to see. Sometimes after I decline... I get to see the image with Windows Photo Viewer after that popup.... but sometimes I don't.

I just want to find a way to display images... without signing up for Windows Live or Mail, or whatever it is. Is that possible? :)

Use this image viewer and make it your default for .jpg, .bmp, .tiff and .png. Best image viewer on the planet: http://faststone.org/FSViewerDetail.htm

Sorry for the late reply... I've had other more pressing problems pop up.

Thanks so much for the link. I will check it out soon, and it is much appreciated. :)
