Your post is very hard to understand. What are you trying to use Java for?
Have you checked to see if you have Java installed and updated?
Please fill in your (( My System Specs )) completely.
Look at mine in the lower left of this post to get a idea of whats needed. If it's a laptop or notebook ect.

Start and type in Java and see what you find. Here is a great little program I use to check for updates for those little things we forget about.

Download JavaRa and install. Run JavaRa, choose the Remove older versions, then the Additional tasks.

Now download the latest Java installer

    32 bit

    Download Java Runtime Environment 1.7.0.5 (32-bit) - FileHippo.com

    64 bit

    Download Java Runtime Environment 1.7.0.5 (64-bit) - FileHippo.com

Run the installers. If any error, take a screenshot and post here.
