    Did you try to install the Vista driver in Vista Compatibility Mode?

    Do you have the Vista drivers for it? Many devices work just fine in Windows 7 with Vista drivers.

    Another app is PhoneTray Free from TraySoft.

    You can route CIDs to individual ringtones and answer wavs. I use it as my home phone manager. I run an XP machine 24/7 just to handle the phones.
