After scraping the laptop off the wall near me .... I had another look at my anti virus which has been disabled on many occaisions to assist with installations. The program is called Total Defence Internet security Suite. I noticed a few web sites that I have been to marked as being blocked, so I went looking and found a selection for Pop up Blocker control. I disabled all settings and everything worked. Youtube, farmville, gumtree, and all the flash testing sites. .. Thanks for all the assitance.

We would suggest you to either use Microsoft Security Essentials or avast! Free Antivirus, alongwith windows firewall.

Best security one may have, without causing any unwanted trouble.

Thanks for posting the solution back.

I'm glad you found the problem. My suggestion from this point would be remove all anti anything and install.

Try installing Firefox to see if it will allow you to install it's Flash plug-in. See if you can get around the problem this way or by creating a new User account as I suggested earlier as this will tell us more.

You'll need to work very closely with every step we give you, providing full and immediate feedback so that we can move onto the next logical step. Do not miss any steps or fail to reply if you want this solved in real time.
