    Looking for bandwidth limiting software

I'm looking for a program like NetLimiter that will limit the bandwidth usage of certain programs to a certain speed. I've been using NetLimiter 3 B3 and it's perfect, but the trial ends Oct. 1...

If anyone has some recommendations (preferable free) that work in W7 I would greatly appreciate it.

Is $30 too much of an application that works perfectly? My recommendation is to buy Netlimiter.

Well I can easily open up Firefox and use my "FirefoxThrottle" extension for free. I was just seeing if there was another free application so I can limit the bandwidth in Chrome, since I prefer it over Firefox.

Thanks for the links Antman, I'll take a look through them.

Is the grants option working, or is there a option to activate it in NL3.

I'm a trial User of the Pro version and need this feature. So I wouldnt pay for it until this feature work like in NL 2 on other Windowsversion like 7
