    CLR20r3 Error

Hello, not sure if I'm putting this question in the correct forum.
I'm having issues trying to get a piece of software working used to sync between Outlook and an Android device. The software VCOrganizer SyncCenter can be found here VECAL
The developers (or whomever mans the support lines) are clueless, and the problem seems to be localized to my PC, as I can't find anyone else with the problem. Hopefully someone here can help me pin it down.
Every time I try to launch the software I get the following error.

    Description:
    Stopped working

    Problem signature:
    Problem Event Name: CLR20r3
    Problem Signature 01: vcorganizer.exe
    Problem Signature 02: 5.1.1.66
    Problem Signature 03: 4fcf2995
    Problem Signature 04: VCOrganizer
    Problem Signature 05: 5.1.1.66
    Problem Signature 06: 4fcf2995
    Problem Signature 07: 19
    Problem Signature 08: c6
    Problem Signature 09: System.InvalidOperationException
    OS Version: 6.1.7600.2.0.0.768.3
    Locale ID: 1033
I have Win 7 x64 and Outlook 2010. I only have standalone Outlook and not a full version of Office. The devs say they've only tested on full Office installations. Also I can't find an outlook interop file anywhere on my system, and have been told it's necessary. I can provide more details as necessary.

I'd like to update this thread with more information. I tried running the program on a friend's PC, where it launched normally on the first try. I reinstalled outlook on my machine with no change. Its now clear that the issue localized to my PC. Is there anyone that can help me pinpoint the problem or any error report I can use so I'm not troubleshooting blindly? If this is the incorrect forum can someone point me towards the correct one?
I just want to get this working without having to wipe my whole machine and start from scratch.
