Registered JIT Debugger Not Available

    Just a though: In Safe Mode take a look in Services. I have had other programs do that to me and it was because their services was running and would not let itself be removed. I could disable it in Safe Mode and then remove it.

    It might not look like JIT or Visual Studio. In you first post you have a picture. Look for any thing that look like those or and part of them. It's in that computer some where. Try this little program. Google Search Everything. Becareful with downloads this nasty Babylon is attaching it self to a lot of great programs from trusted sites. If you see Babylon don't check no or yes because you will get it either way and you have enough problems as it is. Search Everything can be use in Safe mode also. NOTICE: Search Everything removes things just like regedit but easier. For ever, no backup.

    I found what I was looking for at this website.
    In the DbgManagedDebugger registry key, the Debugger was still set to Soluto, so it kept going back to it.
