For starters: why are you running process explorer?

Then: when does the message box appear? Before the program window appears? After you tried to tweak an item?
    I had big cpu load.

Processexplorer's window starts up, but seconds later, the info arrives.

Some other things you can try:

Log in with a different User Account and see if you have the same problem.
You may want to try an ADMIN account and a STANDARD account.

Start Windows in Safe Mode and see if you have the same problem.

    Run a System File Check.
SFC /SCANNOW Command - System File Checker

    Run a Check Disk.
    Disk Check

Do you have the latest version of Process Explorer (version 15.22 July 16, 2012) ?
You could also try the LIVE Process Explorer to see if that runs ok.

Thank you so much for your suggestions.

I tried them all, but the issue persists.

I will try on the forum you mention

You're welcome and i hope that forum can help you.

Based on what you have tried and I've read, it may be a registry issue.

I don't suggest or recommend manually editing the registry...
If you do end up doing this, make sure you have backup(s) before making any changes!

I always create a system backup image before making registry changes...
