Photoshop - How Many Pixels is 8.5 by 11 paper, like the normal paper?

    Not exactly. It depends on the dpi setting.
    An 8.5" x 11" sheet can have any number of pixels!

    Inches X Pixels = Desired Size and Pixel density
    8.5" X 11" @ 300pixels per inch = 2550p X 3300p
    8.5 X 300 = 2550
    11 X 300 = 3300

    That's true, but it still depends on the dpi printer settings, and of course it depends on the printer itself being capable of achieving that dpi. So, contrary to the OP request, it's a thing that DOES depends on the printer capabilities. Computers works in pixels always, printers translate those into real life units at whatever conversion rate they support.
