Help with Manual Uninstall Acrobat 9.5.1 , Win 7 64

I was getting a BSOD Code 50 for a week until I realized I was crashing everytime a PDF tried to open. Here's the strange part --- I have tried uninstalling Acrobat using Control Panel, Safe Mode, and an Adobe uninstall utility, and the computer crashes every single time. What steps do I go through, including the registry, to completely eradicate the program from my system? Be advised I do have Adobe CS5 running, and it appears that the suite of programs are intact.

By the way, I tried restoring to an earlier point, but every time I get a BSOD it wipes out cookies, or file system info. None of my earlier restore points were available, and I usually create restore points once a month.

Adobe forums are useless. I'm even registered and they tell me I'm "unauthorized" to make a post.

I think I'd give Revo Uninstaller a try. It has a forced uninstall option that's usually pretty good at removing all remnants of a program. The Revo Pro version has a 30 day free trial.

Found out what the problem was actually from a user on the Adobe Forum. There was a nasty Trojan that McAfee , Norton and Windows Defender couldn't catch that specifically targets Adobe installations . See Below the name of the virus, along with the a link to the fix. Hope this helps anyone else that encounters the problem.
