Hi,
Had any malware infections that you attempted to remove recently? This could be a result of a partial infection removal. Please do the following:
1. Download and install the free version of Malwarebytes (registration required)
2. Run a FULL scan, making a note of anything it finds.
3. Attempt to remove/quarantine infections if prompted.
Also, post a list of your start-up items here : the -k is a switch for something that is attempting to load when Windows starts. Lets see if we can work out what it is.
Post back the results here.
Regards,
Golden
