Windows 7: Good .dll Editor?

Good .dll Editor?

I have "Restorator 2007," but I was wandering if there was software like Restorator that actually gave the file name the actual name or something like that. I just hate look in a .dll file and me encountering two images that look exactly the same, but I don't know what's the difference or what it goes to.

There are several free .dll editors listed here. One or more may meet your needs but you'd have to give them a try in order to know for sure. I'd respectfully suggest that you have a current system image available "just in case"; especially if you're going to experiment by editing any .dll files on your primary computer.

Best dll editor freeware downloads.

Best Free Hex Editor (FYI: The # 1 choice has been updated for Windows 7.)

I know there are many .dll free editors. I already have HxD. I was just wandering if "anybody knew" about a .dll that actually labeled the images in the .dll, such as Windows Styles Builder. Yeah, you're not using a .dll you're using a msstyle. But it's an example of what I mean.

Look at Post #47
Resource Spy works only on 64 bit systems it can help find icons then use Restorator to do the editing. Download on that post.
Change default iPhone 4S icon
Start Resource Spy open up something look at the .dll or .exe in Resource Spy be sure to stop Resource Spy before closing it, if you need help with it let me know.

Anyone know of a good, free msstyles editor?
So I'm looking for a good msstyles editor, but I can't seem to find one I can actually use. I'm pretty tight on money right now so I can't use any payware stuff (like Ave's Windows 7 Style Builder). Resource Hacker works to a degree, but it is quite limited and can be a bit confusing sometimes....
good music player with good Equalizer?
Does anybody know of a good music player that has a good Equalizer? IMO, the equalizer sucks for WMP 11, realplayer free, and my sound card. I like the PowerAMP app for my android, the equalizer has a sick bass. but it's not available on pc.
Looking for good freeware programming editor
Hello, I need a good programming editor for windows 7. Preferably freeware since I don't use it much. I've tried PSPad editor but I don't like it, and have had problems with it. Thanks,
Good context menu editor?
Ever-growing menu lists are driving me nuts. Is there anything out there that will let you delete all the various right-click crap? Used to know of one program, can't find it or remember the name.
