    Another solutions.

    1. Open Task Manager, click on File, click on New Task.
    2. Type rstrui.exe. Press Enter. This will open System Restore.
    3. Choose the restore point before installing Windows Orb Changer.

    SFC /SCANNOW : Run in Command Prompt at Boot

    This restored my system back to the way it was about 24 hours ago.
