Ashampoo are currently offering a free version of their burning studio 2010 - I have used their products for a while without issue on both x86 and x64 windows 7

Tip.
Carfully check when installing to un-tick any extras you do not want
ImgBurn...it's free and the only thing that I use. It never fails me.
IMGburn, and alcohol120%
Another vote for ImgBurn here. :)
sorry. i shouda been more clear on what i'm looking for
i'm looking for something that can burn dvd (so i can watch it on my dvd player. features include creating menus, chapters, etc), burning music cds (so i can play in a cd player), and burning isos
Couple options.
TMPGEnc (Great Authoring program, tons of options and full HD support and all)
TMPGEnc.NET
VSO's ConvertXtoDVD (This one will turn just about anything to a DVD disc and I mean any type of video file you throw at it with menu's etc)
AVI to DVD Video Converter Software VSO ConvertXtoDVD Download now
For burning ISO's I use IMGBURN and nothing else.
For audio it's Ashampoo Burning Studio 9 although I am now a heavy 'MediaMonkey' user for sorting my MP3's now and it has a built in music writer which I haven't tried out yet
Hope this is what you were looking for.
