Tring to export e-mail. I have done all the steps on the tutorial and have tried to export to a usb and remote hard drive. I can find the files but not all the files are exported. The one that are expoted only have the todays date. Is there a setting that I'm missing. I have tried all files and selected files.

Hello chevyjeep, and welcome to Seven Forums.

Be sure that when you do OPTION ONE in the tutorial for "All Folders", that you exporting them into a empty "New Folder" on your desktop first. Afterwards, verify that the .eml files are all there, then you can move the "New Folder" to where you like.

    Hope this helps, :)

    Thank you

I don't know why I did not notice that on the tutorial. I know that I had searched a lot of forms before coming here and maybe it was not on the other forms so I thought I was doning all the correct steps.

Know I have to format my hard drive so I can ship it in for warnety repair at HP.
Imminent Hard Drive Fail message but that is another story.

You're most welcome. I'm not sure why it's so picky about where to save the export to. :)
