What is a good desktop recording tool?

    ok, I just tried wink and when it started capturing, the taskbar would disappear unless i clicked where it should be...so pretty buggy.
    I cant figure out what he is using here:

    First Windows 7 Video I've done.

    but i posted asking, and that is an earlier build...there has to be something that works well...

    OK, just tried FRAPS, and I presses the hotkey to begin recording, then again to stop, and found no movie where it would store it, so FRAPS doesnt work unless in game I guess.

    Okay, sorry for the wrong info.
    I thought it would work as the same in Vista by checking "Monitor Desktop Window Manager" under FPS tab.
