I would check all startup programs looking for and disabling anything that is for a printer/scanner/camera.

The Startup Programs - Change tutorial by Brink explains this.

Go to your run command, and run "msonfig", under startup look for your camera/scanner/printer program and that is the one for the icon.

What is at the bottom of the list, and what is under services, make sure to checkmark hide Microsoft Services, it could be in there as well.
