    Before deleting hit yes to backup the registry. If anything will go bad after that you can restore them.
    I never had problems deleting registry with CCleaner.

    No disrespect intended...

    Because you have to ask the question, the answer must be - Do not use a registry cleaner. You are only asking for trouble.

    I will provide an alternative response - No, they are not safe to delete. And no, I did not even look at them.

    I can tell you about the bitlocker entries, if you delete those listed, it will erase the turn on bitlocker context menu entry when you right click on a storage device. Not that you might ever use it, but still..

    If your aim is to damage the OS installation, there are easier ways of doing it than running "registry cleaners".

    nope deleted mine(way back) I still have the context menu and everthing is fine o.o!

    *no offense to people who think registry cleaners sucks lol*

    for me CCleaner is awesome ;D
    but Im still waiting for tuneup utilities 2010 now ;D... I just got news letter about it today =D!

    Also untick unused extensions, its best to leave extensions alone.

    @Antman -- Reg. Cleaners have been EXTREMLY helpful to me... Im a guy who is constantly installing/uninstalling things off of my W7 lappy.
