    Having problem with unzipping zip

I have downloaded the driver for the Xonar sound card and of course it is in one of those wretched zip files.

Now I have tried using 7zip as per the Youtube video and it tells me to extract here and it will appear in a folder - doesn't have tried extracting to the desktop then I open it - but I am then left with a myriad of choices which is the driver.

I am now at a complete stand still can someone please help me with which I should get to just install this driver.

In the pic is what I am left with most ask me what I want to open it with - is there no end to this nonsense?

I would recommend running the setup program.

Extract it all to a folder and then Right Click on Setup.exe and Run AS Administrator.
