hiding desktop items

    Sorry,
    Right click on icon you want to change... there you can pin to taskbar or start menu or go to properties where you will see
    the shortcut tab already opened and below that is where you can change the icon.

    There are quite a few,none of which I have tried bar trimdesk (the free version).It's very nice -toggle icons on and off, as well as taskbar,background and gadgets.
