Please make sure you have finished and previous setup and closed other applications.
If the error still occurs, please contact your vendor: Rockstar Games

Here's also a detail for the error:

Installshield Installation Information
Hi, I noticed recently in my Program Files folder that there is a hidden folder named 'Installshield Installation Information'. It is taking around 100mb and contains folders in this format: eg. {4FC670EB-5F02-4B07-90DB-022B86BFEFD0}. Is it safe to delete it or should I just leave it alone? ...

InstallShield Needed At Startup?
Hey all, I was just going through my Startup's via msconfig when I noticed InstallShield listed there. Is it necessary to have it startup with Win 7? I am just a stickler for what gets loaded at startup. :)
