cisvc.exe has stopped working, how do i fix

I've just reinstalled Windows 7 Professional x64, and it started to show this error. I am using this OS for very long time, i've never seen an error just like that. I tried to turn index search off from "Turn windows features on and off" but it didn't work. Details of problem;

Welcome to Seven Forums hakan ali. First thing I would try is running the System File Checker

SFC /SCANNOW Command - System File Checker

See if that does the trick. If not, post back with results. A Guy

Thanks for the answer. I reinstalled system and it seems problem is solved now. I guess something happened during installing. If an error occurs something like that again, i will try this.
